Cancellation Policy - NO REFUNDS - COMPLETELY TRANSFERABLE

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: All guest room and event area reservations are handled in accordance with our stated Four (4) Day Reservation Credit Vouchers Policy. The Legacy Villa requires full payment at the time of booking. All payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at booking. Guests are required to notify us by email within 24 hours of the initial booking if there are any potential changes to their reservation, as we do not offer a cancellation or refund policy. In the event of a cancellation, guests will receive a four (4) day reservation credit voucher to be used toward a future stay. These vouchers are non-transferable, and any changes must be paid in full and are subject to a reservation modification fee.

Group Cancellation Policy: A separate cancellation policy applies to all call-in group cancellations. For group or whole-house rentals, a non-refundable deposit is required, along with a minimum two (2) night stay, subject to owner discretion. Guests are encouraged to contact us by email for additional details and group inquiries.

Reservation Reschedule Notification: We understand that circumstances may require a reservation change. All reservation changes must be submitted by email only; changes will not be accepted by phone. Guests are responsible for confirming that The Legacy Villa’s booking team has received the email request.

Third-Party Booking Agents: While we recommend booking directly with us to receive the best rate, reservations may also be made through third-party booking agents such as HomeAway or Expedia. Please note that all third-party reservations are non-refundable and do not qualify for establishment credit vouchers. If a reservation is made through a third-party site and an issue arises, we are unable to contact the guest directly, as only the booking agent has access to cancel or modify the reservation. Any cancellations must be processed directly through the original booking website.
