Any guest requesting to pay the room, tax or all charges for another guest should contact us directly for a credit card authorization form. We do require a wet signature on all credit card authorization form.
The Villa adheres to a no-pet policy unless accompanied by doctor’s note.
The Villa does have a strict no cancellation policy. If for whatever reason you want to change your booking date please contact us and we will provide you credit for another date. You just cover the difference in cost.
